Pronto Test Labs provides drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, laboratory services, fingerprinting, occupational health services, and related screenings. Services are available at our McAllen, Texas location and through our 24/7 mobile testing service across the Rio Grande Valley.

All testing services are provided by trained, certified professionals in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines where applicable.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, create a client portal account, or purchase services. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

The client portal at prontotestlabs.com/portal provides secure access to your lab results and account information. By creating a portal account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not share your portal credentials with any other individual. Each account is for single-user access only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All services provided by Pronto Test Labs are private pay. We do not accept insurance, and there are no co-pays, deductibles, or hidden fees.

Prices for services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase or service delivery applies. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Online payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or financial account information on our servers.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of laboratory testing services, refunds are generally not available once a specimen has been collected or a test has been initiated. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at info@prontotestlabs.com or (956) 322-5996.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date, including service descriptions, pricing, and turnaround times. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. If you discover an error, please contact us and we will correct it promptly.

Turnaround times listed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on test type, laboratory processing schedules, and specimen volume. We are not liable for delays in result delivery caused by third-party laboratories.

Lab results are provided for informational purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare provider. Pronto Test Labs provides accurate and reliable testing, but results should not be considered a medical diagnosis. Results delivered through the client portal are considered confidential and are protected in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our Privacy Policy.
